Aastha IT Solutions is a brand/trade name operating under the legal entity Kuntal Associates. All business transactions, invoices, and legal agreements are executed under the name Kuntal Associates.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

5. Payment Terms

Our payment terms are as follows:

• Project quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• A deposit may be required before work commences (typically 30-50%)
• Final payment is due upon project completion and before final delivery
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• GST will be charged as applicable as per Indian tax laws

5.1 Online Payments

We accept online payments through trusted payment gateways including:

• Credit Card / Debit Card
• Net Banking
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• Wallets
• Bank Transfer / NEFT / RTGS

All online payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.

5.2 Invoicing

All invoices are issued under the legal entity Kuntal Associates with applicable GST. Invoices will be sent to your registered email address.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, graphics, and materials on our website are the intellectual property of Aastha IT Solutions / Kuntal Associates unless otherwise stated.

For client projects:

• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the custom work created specifically for them
• We retain the right to use project samples in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
• Third-party components (libraries, frameworks, stock images) remain subject to their respective licenses

7. Refund & Cancellation

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase for digital products
• Custom development services are billed for work completed
• Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method

8. Project Delivery

We strive to deliver all projects on time. However:

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity
• Delays caused by client feedback or material provision may extend timelines
• We will communicate any significant delays promptly
• Revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges and time

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Aastha IT Solutions / Kuntal Associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not responsible for third-party services or content
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

10. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients:

• All client information and project details are kept confidential
• We do not share client data with third parties without consent
• NDAs can be signed upon request for sensitive projects

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement:

• With written notice as per the project agreement
• Immediately if the other party breaches these Terms
• Client will be billed for work completed up to termination
• Deposits may be non-refundable depending on work completed

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
