This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all products and services offered by Aastha IT Solutions (a unit of Kuntal Associates), including but not limited to web development, mobile applications, SaaS products, digital services, and software solutions.
By purchasing or subscribing to any of our products or services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Digital Products & SaaS Subscriptions
2.1 Subscription-Based Products
- Monthly/annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle
- No refunds will be issued for the current billing period after cancellation
- You will continue to have access until the end of your paid period
- Auto-renewal can be turned off from your account settings
2.2 One-Time Purchase Products
- Refund requests for digital products must be made within 7 days of purchase
- Products that have been downloaded or accessed are generally non-refundable
- If the product is defective or not as described, a full refund will be provided
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 3-5 business days
3. Custom Development Services
3.1 Project Cancellation
- If cancelled before work begins, the advance deposit is refundable minus a 10% processing fee
- If cancelled after work has started, you will be billed for the work completed up to the cancellation date
- Cancellation must be communicated in writing via email to support@aasthait.com
3.2 Project Refund
- Refunds for custom development are not applicable once the deliverable has been approved by the client
- If deliverables do not match the agreed specifications, we will either fix the issues at no extra cost or provide a partial refund
- Disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Email us at support@aasthait.com with your order/invoice number
- Provide the reason for your refund request
- Our team will review the request within 3-5 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Domain name registration and renewal fees
- Third-party software licenses purchased on your behalf
- Hosting fees for the period already consumed
- Services already rendered and approved
- Custom work delivered as per agreed specifications
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeline:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your bank or credit card company — processing times may vary

7. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly before filing a chargeback with their bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and collection of outstanding dues.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
